Return Process

  Locate Your Order

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific sunglasses or gear you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason so we can improve our gear.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely pack your shades in their original flamingo-approved packaging.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse team receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
